The Big Juan Challenge

Our most popular challenge and one of our most popular dishes for years. Everybody we talk to loves the Big Juan. We start off with a big flour tortilla piled high with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and top with our delicious queso and salsa. Served with refried beans and rice. The challenge is to clean your plate completely, and doing so results in a Free Fried Icecream. What we like about it is that it's a realistic competition.
